Jacques knows his mushrooms! Girolles, or Golden Chanterelles are one of the most prized of the wild mushroom family and a treat for any food lover! This is Jacques after one of his private foraging trips just 30mins drive from our home! From woodland to plate, these little treasures taste exquisite! Also in hand is ‘king of the forest’, the Cep. Jacques’ patience and knowledge of where to find these gems pays off.

We hosted our 4th Dinner last night and thoroughly enjoyed meeting for the first time 10 lovely people. Our Table was booked by 2 different groups who didn’t know one another! This is some of the feedback we were delighted to get:

It was fabulous to see people coming together around the Table to enjoy good food, meet new people, relax and have fun.
We’re now busy preparing for our first Sunday Lunch tomorrow – we’re really excited about meeting another 10 very interesting people; hosting Lunch for 3 separate groups of people who don’t know one another yet!
As well as dinner 2 evenings per month, we now offer Sunday Lunch on 2 Sundays per month starting 23rd March and 13th April.
