Hi Sylvia and Jacques,
We had a marvellous time on Friday night, enjoying the company of both of you as well as our friends. The food was truly outstanding, beginning with imaginative , delicious canapés, a wonderful complimentary starter with the pea and asparagus soup, then the delightful scallop mouse and moving on to the gorgeous duck with beautiful accompaniments, topped off with a stunning hot chocolate soufflé and ginger ice cream and petit fours and truffles of outstanding taste and texture. The evening ended far too quickly but won’t be forgotten. The view of you both working away to create these delights in the kitchen topped off a great experience.

“We had a truly wonderful evening at Jacques Table, it was such a great location hidden away in Sinclairston and it exceeded all our expectations. The atmosphere, ambience, welcome, setting, hospitality and of course the food were exceptional, it was lovely also just to have our loud – although very quiet when eating! – and slightly crazy family round a table enjoying everything on offer.
